You are amazing 🖤
You are amazing 🖤

This week I went to see two people — a lawyer and a doctor.

Two strong personalities. Two experts in their fields.

And me — the one who was supposed to need their help.

I walked into both meetings carrying questions, confusion, maybe even a little heaviness. I wanted answers. Guidance. Support. But as the conversations unfolded, something unexpected happened — instead of me receiving energy, I ended up giving it.

Both times, I left their offices realizing that somehow I had become the one offering advice, encouragement, and calm.

The one holding space.

It’s strange how life works that way. You walk in feeling small, and walk out remembering your strength.

I didn’t plan to inspire them. I didn’t try to be wise or “put together.” I was just being me — open, honest, vulnerable. But I saw it in their eyes… the shift.

Suddenly, the doctor who was analyzing my stress began opening up about her own.

The lawyer who was supposed to strategize for me started asking how I stay so grounded through chaos.

And in that moment, I remembered something powerful:

Sometimes the reason we’re guided to certain people isn’t to receive from them — it’s to remind them of their own light.

Maybe that’s the real kind of healing — the quiet energy we carry that awakens something in others without even trying.

So if you’ve ever felt like life keeps sending you to “get help,” but you somehow end up being the helper — know that it’s not a mistake.

It’s a sign of growth. Of alignment. Of your energy becoming medicine.

And sometimes, that’s all we need to see:

We’re not as lost as we think.

With love,

SC
